These are from Smart Set. I had a hard time finding capris...they don't seem to be out yet...Reitmans had none whatsoever. Smart Set doesn't have Petite, but these were the shortest of the ones they had. $29.99

These ones are from Old Navy, size 8 short. $21.99 I personally don't like them as much as the ones from Reitmans. The ones from Reitmans have nicer, softer fabric.
